From Audie Award winning, New York Times best-selling author Kylie Scott comes an irresistible new romance - available in audio first!

When a vicious attack leaves 25-year-old Clementine Johns with no memory, she’s forced to start over. Now she has to figure out who she was and why she made the choices she did - which includes leaving the supposed love of her life, tattoo artist Ed Larsen, only a month before.

Ed can hardly believe it when his ex shows up at his tattoo parlor with no memory of their past, asking about the breakup that nearly destroyed him. The last thing he needs is more heartache, but he can’t seem to let her go again.

Should they walk away for good, or does their love deserve a repeat performance?

Good but could have been better

It was good but could have been so much better with Ed’s POV! I would also have liked another epilogue going further into the future for them.

Sweet, but not too deep

The conflict of the story was actually quite interesting. Like Clem, you are not quite sure what is happening... and you’re seeing and learning things with her. It keeps you on the edge of your chair.

However, I think they could have totally explored their issues with more depth. What happened to their relationship before. Feeling the need to compete with your former self. How hard and confusing it must have been for him.

Plus the mystery and twist at the end was so stupid and brushed over.

Like, her memory got stolen from her. And they kind of brush over that at the end.

Super sweet. Listened to it straight. But I can’t help but feel that it could have been even richer, deeper, and more nuanced.

Amazing story

This is my first book by this author and I will definitely be diving into more after this one. This story was a crazy but amazing story about starting over, (Well starting over when that is the only option you have.), it is about forgiveness and understanding and a love that can conquer the impossible. I loved these characters; everything about them, even the not so admirable parts. They stood strong in the face of one of the hardest trials in their lives and stood together when everyone said to walk away. I highly recommend that you grab Ed and Clem’s story right away, you will not regret it!!

Great Story

The narrator did a great job. I really enjoyed this low angst story and the characters. The flow of the story was good and kept me interested.

Kylie Scott and Andi Arndt - a winning team

I loved the story of Clementine and Ed. The story was well developed and several times I thought I knew and discarded the name of the villain in my mind. This is a great story and part of it was how great the secondary characters were. I am hoping we will see more of Tessa and Nevin (sp?), Ed's brother, Lafe, and Clem's sister, Frances. Andi Arndt is a wonderful narrator and with her voicing, brings an extra emotional dimension to the story. Usually, I buy the book and read it first, but with the audio coming out prior to the book, this was a new experience for me. Well worth your time and well worth a credit.

Accolades for another great story!!

Kylie Scott is an auto download for me. I find her ability to make you "feel" her words, humor and wit, unique, and enjoy losing myself into her stories.

This story is unlike anything she has written before. She has taken the lives of Clem and Ed and spun them from tragic couple, to relatable misunderstanding and happily ever after couple. I enjoyed that Clem came back from a tragedy stronger than before and in the end she needed that strength.

I am not sure if this will spin off into a series, but rest assured whatever direction Ms Scott decides to write I will be waiting!

Great read. Better than expected. Worth the credit

This story was much better than my initial expectations from the blurb and reviews. It has parallels to the movie "the vow" and Sophie kinsellas' novel "remember me" however it has a completely different spin on the whole situation which makes it a really good read.

Loved Loved and Loved!!

OMG! I absolutely freaking loved every minute of this book. The story was so well written, the characters were relatable and interesting. I laughed out loud, felt awkward when Clem felt that way and got teary eyed. Ed and Clem's story was breathtaking and amazingly addictive, it was sad and beautiful. Wonderful read and let's not forget the awesome Andi Arndt. Thanks for another fantastic read/listen Kylie Scott.
