Wonderful Novel

A top tier tale, an adequate performance. Sometimes the reader made me laugh with his over the top character voices. I didn’t like that he would mispronounce the occasional word like adding a “V” sound instead of “TH” in the words “gather”, “altogether” and “brother”. Also a “F” sound at the end of “Red tooth” sometimes. A great book though, regardless of the reader and my 5 year old nephew fell in love with it! We called each other “Cheese Thief” and “Rag Ear” after listening and he wanted to hear it every night!

Our whole family loves this story.

My whole family loves this story. My son borrowed it on audio cd from our local library when he was just a boy. I bought it on audible, to share with the next generation starting with my my son's daughter. The story teaches strength, honor, courage, and love.

Fun story telling

The reader did an amazing job bringing the characters to life and emotion. a fun classic story well told.

I liked the different voices and acting talent of the narrator, and the accents were quite wonderful.

Fantastic Tale

A wonderful tale, much as I remember from my childhood. The story was excellent, the performance good save for one part.
The performance only suffered with Cluny; the American-ish accent was inconsistent and pulled me out of the story.
Overall, I liked it and would recommend it to others.

One of my all-time favorite series

a must read series. every book is an original adventure. act with delightfully colorful characters that you will fall in love with. expertly narrated. I would give it 6 out of 5 stars

Adventurous story and great narration

Brought me back to my childhood. A great adventure story. The narration was great and I enjoyed the various voices used.

Amazing

This book is great! As a person who loves rodents of all kinds I appreciate how many different kinds of rodents they worked into the book and story line. Although it was kind of hard to understand the crows the part where the worrier mouse was stuck in the crow court. My personal favorite character was War Beak and I loved listening to her transformation from a blood thirsty crow to a mouses best friend.

Lovely book

I had fond memories of reading this as a child. I quite enjoyed listening to this with my son, and reliving the first read through from his eyes.
