You absolutely need to read /listen to this book

I’ve decided for the first time to write a review, I usually just gives the stars but I just wanted to ask to those whom likes this genre of book to no listen to the negatives opinion given about the narrator … I’m just immensely grateful I didn’t, the narrator gets the book and does a great job … don’t miss this amazing story!

Love this series

I grabbed this series on audiobook for my birthday, because it’s on of my favorite PNRs. KC Kean rocked this series and the narration just brings it alive. I enjoy the performance, I do get lost in guy voices at times (but there are so many). Very much worth the credit.

awful narration, great story

this is one of those books that I read and reread. I love the story and the characters and get so invested, so I decided to purchase the audio book. BIG MISTAKE! Maybe it's just me, but hearing the female gasp a breath after every other word is driving me mad. I don't want to put it down because I love the story and spent money on it, but the narration makes me want to give it up

The story itself was great

The narrator was trash. Horrible. It’s monotones the whole story which left me so bored. Like listening to a remake of a good song. Irritating.

female lead wth

i love the actual plot. love the elite men. female lead way to hateful, rude, whinny and poor pity me went from dirt poor to a nice place. could have been less repetitive. i will listen to series since i used my credits. plus i do like the actual story liine.

Narators are AWEFUL!

Story line is awesome! Narration is abysmal!! I'm invested in the story, so I'll suffer through the bad narration. The female makes everything sound breathy and like some hot and heavy scene. Even when she's yelling at someone. The male just sounds mad all the time, even durring tender moments.

Narrators are perfect 🤩

It’s has it all funny, steamy, dram, mystery… like I couldn’t put it down and I wanted to never end.

It’s a cliffhanger but don’t let that stop you it’s so worth it!!!! 😊

What stood out?? The whole dang book!!

Omg- it has been a long time and many books purchased and read. Finally a book worth the credit. This book was so good I couldn’t put it down. Yes there’s sexy time, but it has an amazing plot you don’t see coming and amazing character building. Reverse harem and not a big fan, but I am with this book. You won’t regret this purchase. On to the next book- yay!!

Good story but I struggled with the narration.

I don't really have anything bad to say about the story itself. It was interesting and entertaining even though the FMC could be whiny and unreasonably stubborn at times.
The narration however... The female reader's pace was too fast in my opinion, it gave the story a sense of anxiety even in moments that were supposed to relaxed or calm. And I had a hard time telling what were supposed to be the character's thoughts vs what was being said to others. The male narrator seemed like he was trying overly hard to sound sensual especially for Adonis (like yeah he's an incubus but come ON) and it just felt very cringe at times.

Great supernatural story.

The narration was good and the story was fun and a little more unique than other books about gods and the supernaturals. I liked that there was no bullying from the men in the harem. It goes well with the age group of the characters. I can’t wait to continue the series.
