Is your life defined by joy?

So many people miss out on experiencing consistent joy in their lives because the toxic thoughts they embrace open doors to anxiety and depression.

In ReNew, Julie Winter leads you through the biblical solution: renewing your mind. Discover how your thoughts can determine the measure of joy you experience and the level of victory you achieve.

Through easy-to-listen-to, powerful chapters, you will learn to:

  • Break agreement with toxic thinking by learning how to take your thoughts captive and surrender them to Christ
  • Understanding the three “trees of your mind” and protect yourself from poisonous trees of unbelief and unforgiveness
  • Receive healing by releasing forgiveness
  • Keep your thought life healthy, nourished, and destiny-focused
  • Sustain joy through a correct view of your identity in Christ
  • Wear the armor of God, and use each item to dismantle lies aimed at your destiny
  • Activate the power of declaring scripture, remembering testimonies, and releasing thanksgiving
  • Break free from shame, guilt, and other strongholds the enemy uses to keep you in bondage

A renewed mind is your weapon against the enemy’s lies and the key to walking in supernatural joy!

Featuring action points and reflection questions for further study and application.

Truly Life Changing

I listened to this book twice just to make sure I didn't miss anything. Scientific, sound, Godly advice to overcome destructive thought patterns holding us in depression and anxiety. I highly recommend!

I have read and reread this one

Julie is one of the most qualified people I have ever listened to on the subject. She constantly references scripture which brings comfort. Like a loving counselor, she offers multiple solutions to help you address anxiety and pain.

MUCH NEEDED! :)

As I've gotten older, like others I'm sure, I've developed a cynicism toward certain things in society. My goal is to try and move away from thinking about what makes us different, and more closer to what makes us the same. A lot of those who get older feel that the time they grew up in is now lost, and it's a struggle to come to grips with that and embrace the ways "of those crazy kids." Some of us take it well, some of us don't. I enjoyed listening to this for some perspective and thoughts about finding what you personally need to renew yourself. It's easy to get swallowed up in negativity and forget what's really important in life.
All I know is, God made us all and although there are a lot of differences in the world today, we need to try and work toward loving each other.
I was given this free review copy audiobook at my request and have voluntarily left this review.

Was not the correct form of help I was hoping.

I was hoping to have a more realistic day to day approach to breaking free from negative, anxiety and depression. Although I feel strongly and respect each person's spiritual beliefs, I feel that frequent excerpts from the bible only cause distraction to the main point of the book.
If you are suffering, just like I am - please keep researching. I have been fortunate to reduce my anxiety by the gift of knowledge. To realize I do not suffer alone was most enlightening. With each book I find the understanding to reduce my fears and to help others in my same situation.
I hope this book may provide you some more insight, but I've had the most success with the authors Lucinda Bassett - From Panic to Power and Dr. Claire Weekes - Help and Hope for Your Nerves.
My best wishes to you in finding peace. - Karen Willmann
