About this listen
RV living is growing in popularity as more people hit the road to travel in a different kind of way - by bringing their mobile homes with them everywhere that they go. Sure, you could buy a ticket and hop on a plane to your next destination, but what's the fun in that? Touring on the road, making little stops along the way that are off the beaten track sometimes, and exploring places you ordinarily would have missed, that's the real adventure that brings so much allure to life on the road living in an RV.
What makes RV traveling different from your average travel is that you get to literally drive your home with you everywhere that you go! Forget packing and repacking for every trip that you take, because all that you need to survive is already inside your trailer. Think of it as a smaller version of an apartment, except with wheels.
Inside this book, you will find a guide to help you get started on an adventure like no other as you prepare to leave everything you have known behind and hit the road with just the essentials and bare minimum to bring along with you inside your RV motor home. You will find tips to help you choose the kind of RV that's right for you, checklists and guides to help you be as prepared as you can be, explore the good and bad of living in an RV and how to make a living while you're on the go so you can continue to enjoy your RV life for as long as you possibly can.
In this book you will learn about:
- Your first RV - choosing one that's perfect for you
- RVs vs. houses - which is the better choice?
- The ultimate RV checklist
- Legal considerations & safety guides
- Pros & cons of RV living
- Budgeting, planning & expenses
- Food prep & storage tips
- Earning money on the road
- And much, much more!

So you just gave notice at the job you have worked almost your entire life that you have decided to retire. But until your last day, the excitement has deterred you from thinking how you would like to spend the remaining time you have here in this lifetime. If you begin to think negatively about what your retirement may have to offer you, then you have come to the right place. Retirement should not be seen as a stage of life that lacks in luster. It should be a time that is seen as positive, uplifting, inspiring, and adventurous.

When Edmund Hillary first conquered Mt. Everest, Sherpa Tenzing Norgay was at his side. Indeed, for as long as Westerners have been climbing the Himalaya, Sherpas have been the unsung heroes in the background. In August 2008, when eleven climbers lost their lives on K2, the world’s most dangerous peak, two Sherpas survived. They had emerged from poverty and political turmoil to become two of the most skillful mountaineers on earth. Based on unprecedented access and interviews, Buried in the Sky reveals their astonishing story for the first time.

quick and chock full trip
Great little book for beginners! I've thought about this lifestyle since my sister, cousin, and I were 8 years old and would pick out RVs that we'd live in and travel the country! There were issues in here that I had never even thought of (staying sane) and I think the author has done an excellent job of introducing the lifestyle to novice

very com[rehensive
This was a great beginner's guide to deciding whether RV living is right for you and mapping out each step in the process of getting on the road and navigating it successfully! I appreciated that each section provides a number of checklists to make sure nothing falls through the cracks, including stuff that a first-timer could easily miss like how to handle mail while you're on the road. Comprehensive and to the point!

nice
I've always been interested in RVs but I always thought they were a once in while trip and enjoyment ordeal. This book really shows you how to survive in a RV. It's got everything in here down to storage and money saving tips. I can truly see myself having a RV full time during my retirement years. Highly recommend this book to anyone thinking about getting one.
