Great Hockey Romance

This was such a great audiobook. It was my first book in the series and by Lane Hayes. It didn't follow the enemies to Lovers plot I thought it would. It surprised me in a pleasant way. Their relationship was sweet and flowed gracefully with little to no angst. I'm definitely going to have to read the rest of the books in the series now.

The narration was top notch. I always like listening to Nick J. Russo and he did a fantastic job on this book. It was short and sweet and could easily be listened to in one day. Especially if you have a long commute.

ohhhh jakey & mase! they were precious!! i always love the tension that comes with rival athletes but these two having an on going feud just made it so much better!! they really had to take it down to the wire to get their shit together too! & it was beautiful!!

Two Hockey Players, One Tent!

Definitely a first time for everything! Two rival hockey players in a tent together! What could go wrong? or should I say what could go right? These two have completely misunderstood each other for a long time. I liked that this did realistically cause friction. It was wonderful to watch Jake and Mase have to get to each other for real. I enjoyed that this one was a bit emotional but still had all the friend and family comradery all around them to bring me back to a smile and a laugh every time! Elmwood is small time goals. Nick J. Russo was for real the best narrator for these two! He brought out the tension that led to wonderful emotions of love!

Jake & Mason

This was a good way to round up this series. Jake and Mason pulled me in right from the start. I enjoyed their entire story and their happily ever after. Nick J. Russo does a great job bringing Jake and Mason’s story to life. I really enjoyed listening to the audiobook for this one.

Super Cute

This was so cute. I loved this so much. Enemies to lovers done so well. I adored the narration of course because Nick J Russo is amazing. I loved this book so much. Both of these men were written well and I loved the growth of the relationship.

Stellar enemies to l*vers

This was a stellar listen and the storyline rocked. The trope worked great and I love how it all came together. This is a wonderful redemption story for families also.

Rivals with chemistry!

A hockey rivals to lovers story with great chemistry, high heat, and a love they didn’t see coming! I really enjoyed this audiobook and recommend it!

Great story. Great narration.

This was my favorite book of the series. The antagonism between Jake and Mason is... kind of adorable. It's worth reading the whole series just know what leads up to their personal connection.

Once again Nick J. Russo's narration is well suited to the characters, and adds some charm to their personalities. If you are stressed out by the Stanley Cup finals, this book will be a great distraction.

Great E2L hockey romance

I enjoyed the heck out of this audiobook! The narration was very well done and the story itself is a delightful, low angst hockey romance. This was my first book in this series, so obviously I’m very out of order. I can tell that there were a lot of stories that came before, but I never felt like I was missing anything in a bad way. I adored all of the snark and ridiculousness between Mason and Jake. Then, boundaries are crossed, and we get a lot of heat and sweetness. Don’t worry, though, they are still fierce competitors on the ice! I loved the secondary characters and will start the series from the beginning now.

Absolutely wonderful!

I loved this book when I read it with my eyes and I loved it all over again listening to Nick J. Russo’s fantastic audio performance. It’s not often that an audiobook will bring me to tears but the last couple of chapters made me so happy and emotional that I couldn’t hold back my tears.
