Critic reviews

"Profit Works helps entrepreneurs design an incentive plan that teaches a no-entitlement attitude to your team. I strongly recommend this helpful guide for entrepreneurs who want their employees to think and act like owners! (Dan Sullivan, Co-Founder and President of Strategic Coach®)

This is a game changing book with amazing ideas on creating a more accountable company. Great advice on being more transparent with the financial impact that each employee can have on the business. A great read for leaders and employees. Combined with EOS, this will be a game changer!

I enjoyed the straight forward and simple ideas for modifying or implementing an employee incentive plan. As an EOS firm the thoughts and ideas were very familiar and thus were easier to understand. I am anxious to get to work to look at our current bonus plan and make it an incentive plan that will be a win-win for both the employees and the owners.

Incentive plans not bonus plans.

This book was recommended by a peer. This is my kind of book. There is not a lot of fluff:.just straight and to the point. Easy to listen to and love the examples. I am purchasing the book as well!

To the point!

Profit works is great for any company considering an incentive plan. I highly recommend it.

Thought provoking

The narrator grasps for air often which I would not consider as the best performance. everything is broke. could have been written down on a three-page action plan in my opinion.

not too impressed

This content boring not given enough thoughts on the content… no real time examples
It’s like text book..

I wish I can give negativity ratings. This a blog than a book. It’s like high schools text book.., no passion no story.. boring

We were recommended to this book by our EOS implementer and while there were a few thought provoking ideas, overall, we found it to be overly simple and not helpful. I am currently reading Scaling Up Compensation and find it to be a more helpful framework for thinking about compensation and a better fit for our needs.

Overly Simple and Less Helpful
