Love, Love, Love
I loved this book, the words she writes and how real she is! Her simple guides help me when I become overwhelmed and my ADHD calms when I actually slow do and just do it. I’ve always had the perfection complex and I love how she talks about that so much on how to just do it and move on! Imperfect and done is better than perfect and not finished!
