Deeply needed!

This book is deeply needed and gives practicals on how to develop a Tov culture in your church. I appreciate how many times we are reminded that the road will not be quick or easy.

Practical Advice for Creating Healthy Church Culture

My big takeaway was that, by the Spirit’s empowerment, cultivating a TOV culture is a lot of work!…but it’s worth it.

The book focuses on toxic churches, but the steps provided are applicable to improving any Christian community.

It was hard to listen to parts because we’ve lived it, but I’m so thankful this book was written as a tool to learn.
