Wonderful Series

How fun and lovely this series is. I have enjoyed this so much, a nice cup of coffee ☕️ with a great audible vibe is worth it.

An Entertaining Set of Magical Mysteries

I enjoyed this box set immensely, which are each self-contained while allowing the characters to develop (and trust me the main character does not start out likeable, being self-centered and full of self pity). However she and most of the other characters grow as individuals (minus a certain police dog) while handling interesting mysteries that, are fun and fair (if you pay attention you probably will be able to solve them, but will require some thought).

Hannah Somerville has a pleasant voice, and is a decent voice actor with a decent emotional range that makes this set a pleasure to listen to.

I really enjoyed books one thru four of the Night Market series. I love books that involve witches, the paranormal, magic, animals & mysteries... with this set I got them all together with a little romance thrown in as well!

The narrator, Hannah Somerville, did a wonderful job throughout the series.

I am looking forward to listening to more of Erin Johnsons Pet Psychic Mysteries to see Peter and Jolene’s fledgling romance progress with Daisy right in the middle. They make a great trio!

I absolutely love this series. Erin Johnson is very good at writing paranormal mysteries and they come without the profanity that tends to creep strongly into this genra. Strong characters and differing plotlines make this a stellar deal. I bought each book individually and a 4 set is just amazing!

This series is great and the author does such a great job describing the island you actually feel like you are there. Love the quirky and smart characters and the great mystery! Excellent read

Great stories but character accents seem off

I love these books! I’ve enjoyed all of Erin Johnson’s series so far! When I finish one I’m looking forward to the next. The story line flows and the characters are fun. The narrater is very good as well.
My only complaint or question is why do the characters have an American accent? I would think since the magical island is in Paris and most of the characters originate from that island, that they would at least have a European accent. Instead they sound like they are from New Jersey, Boston, or New York.
Since the books are fantasy I just go along with the absurdity,but it would sound so much better if the accents matched the geography.

Great Cozy Paranormal Box Set

I enjoyed all four books in this omnibus of the "Magic Market Series". Each story was fun and delightful. I liked the characters of Jolene, Peter, and Daisy. The mysteries were convoluted, but there were clues that were available, and the culprits could be determined before the end of the story. I'm looking forward to the next book in the series. Hannah Somerville's narration was great, and her performance enhanced the entertainment of the story. I was given a free copy of the audiobook, and I have voluntarily posted this review.

Fun cozy mystery boxed set

If you enjoyed Erin’s Spells and Caramels series, you will feel the same about this series set in that same world. Jolene is down on her luck working as a pet psychic. A chance encounter with Peter and his dog, Daisy, proves to be both a blessing and a curse due to the secret that she’s hiding.

Fun Story, But Terribly Read

Fun story, not nobel worhy, but a fun summer read/listen.
The reader needs to go back to school and learn how to read punctuation. I have both the Audible and Kindle versions. Therefore, I can see that the run-on sentences and paragraphs in the Audble version are not written that way. I continually had to consult the actual book because many times, a shif in person, speech, and narration were not captured by Hannah.
