The book contains a lot of practical business advice that also transfers to everyday life. These are excellent ideas that I could pass on to my children about the responsibility required to own a home.

I Needed It

As a millennial in my third year of the workforce, I need to educate myself on how to save and plan for retirement while I'm still early in the game. This book helps me do just that. The baby boomer generation was able to rely on retirement savings, pension plans, and social security to fall back on. That is just not reality anymore.
