Incredible narration

Every romance novel should be narrated in this duel style, the male lead reading all his parts and the female lead reading all hers. It’s annoying having to listen to a woman try to talk in a male voice. The dual narration lends so much more to the story. Both narrators were wonderful. No annoying speech patterns. This was a great story as well.

Fun and perfect duet - love the story too!

I needed something that was light hearted and funny....and of course more of Shane East which I couldn’t get enough after Rising of the Slay series by Laurelin Paige...this was perfect...and it was done with a duet performance...it was steamy, funny and utterly romantic. Thank you Lauren Blakey.

Light and romantic

Light and romantic, Part-Time Lover checked off all my boxes for an excellent rom-com. Christian and Elise’s meet cute was adorable and definitely memorable. I had so much fun and laughs while I devoured this sexy and swoony read.

Christian and Elise had great chemistry. I loved how they interacted so naturally and honestly. Their witty banter and quick come backs put smiles on my face. They both had baggage in the past to cause them to steer away from serious relationships and I feel for them. Never had they anticipated that love was blooming slowing and surely as they spend more time with each other and their coming together was inevitable. What started as a marriage of convenience had developed into so much more.

Shane East and Vanessa Edwin did an excellent job in narrating. I love that the audiobook was performed duet style where all male dialogues were done by Shane and all female dialogues were done by Vanessa, even when the other person was doing the narration of the chapter. It was a whole new experience in audiobook.

A typical Blakely story but with a new twist...it’s a duet. Very well done. I wish all books were narrated this way . I guess it’s something new. I LIKE IT.KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK 🐼🐼🐼🐼🐼

Loved it. It was amazing. Loved the characters, the story line. Enjoyed it from beginning to end. I would recommend reading/listening to this book.

The narrators were superb and The story ok. Sometimes it just got a little too much "Hollywood" if you know what I mean. Like, they look in to each others eyes and stars shine brighter and a chorus sings halleluja. It can get a bit too much. But it was really fun to listen to The bloopers!
