As a cured long time sufferer I can attest that this stuff works and that Dan has put the roadmap to relief in a easy to read and follow format. If you have long term pain or symptoms that are dominating your life read this book! It could be the key to getting your life back!

Life changing information- excellent!
I’ve never written a review. I’ve listened to Dan ( the author) for a couple of years on YouTube but never took the time to do the exercises and put all of his knowledge together to truly understand this concept of perceived danger pain from my mind. I had a 5 hour trip home the day this came out and I was so anxious and had back pain driving the freeways of Atlanta. I listened to 5 hours of the audiobook and was able to make it home without panicking and actually forgetting about my back pain. Thank you so much for this audio book! It will be listened to more than once!

So very helpful.
Dan has compiled his many year journey with chronic pain/symptoms into practical, science backed straight forward guidance. As a person who has been tossed around in the Lyme and Long Covid community I know how hopeless these things can feel. Dan brings legitimate hope and does so without asking for thousands of dollars or impossible protocols.
He is a breath of fresh air and an invaluable asset to the TMS community. He is taking us out of the dark ages. He knows his stuff. This book has been a God send. Keep up the great work Dan.

Dan Is A Saint!
Dan’s book is a lifesaver and his straightforward, simple techniques are easy to understand, but even better, easier to implement. I have already improved so much since finding Dan’s videos and reading his book. The techniques in this book will truly change your life if you put your mind to it and do the work. I can’t thank Dan enough for his work in trying to help people with TMS and for truly helping me to get my life back!

Wow!!!
Blown away. Dan just makes everything so uncomplicated. This book gets right to the point. I got the audible version and started implementing right away. My symptoms were gone for two hours that same day I finish the book. I have a long way to go, but following Dans method is so much easier and less complicated than all the other ones out there.
I think this man may have just saved my life.
Every message I send him through messenger he responds to... he seriously cares for each and every one of us and wants us to get. Thank you, Dan from the bottom of my heart.

Dan Buglio has taken the work of John Sarno and made it even easier to understand! Pain may be a teacher, but when it becomes the master of our mind and overtakes our every thought, it becomes a problem. Dan lays out a clear path to healing!
I love Dan’s approach to healing. Reduce fear. It sounds easy, but it has been challenging for me. However, the path he lays out and the tips and tricks he presents in this book always guide me back to what I need in order to heal. Thank you Dan for this book and for all your calm reassurance!!
