Great storytelling and narration.

I usually am hesitant about single POV but this was very well done. First book with this author and I will be reading the rest of the series.

Great start to this Duet

I have previously read this book when it released as an e-book and I loved having it come to life again through this audiobook. The narrator was amazing and definitely brought forth the emotions and personalities of the characters in this book. I can't wait for the Dual POV in Book 2 as this book was only through the FMC, Cassidy's POV.

The strong women know what they want.

The closeness they indirectly way they attracted to each other. Their slow love developments. I like sensual moments.

Good start

Good start. The narrators were awesome but the story was a tad slow! I’m really invested in these character tho

I saw people saying that this series was good on tiktok and I don't always trust people when it comes to good books so I thought now I got to read it for myself and it is pretty dang good!!!

on to Cosa Nostra

I really enjoyed getting to know Max and Cassidy in our thing. I can't wait to read more about what is to come for their story in Cosa Nostra!! I really hope we get to see more of their lives and the other people around them in the upcoming books❤️❤️ I really enjoyed listening to this book. i do hope as the series continues on we get to see other point of views. I can not wait to listen to the rest of the series.

The Butcher Boys 🌶️🥵

This was just a all around enjoyable Aussie Mafia Romance and I will be continuing the series I’m rather intrigued where things are going. This may have just been a me thing I didn’t care for the audiobook the narrator really killed the 🌶️ for me so definitely listen to a sample first if you are considering it. I will say it was bad enough that I already own the second so I’ll probably still listen to it.

I read the whole series first and now Im starting on the Audio and its as gripping as the first read was.. I AM IN LOVE.
Kids of the District is the best of the best.

A good story, one that I really enjoyed. But there was something that was missing for me, and I can't pinpoint exactly what it was. I liked the characters, and their romance. I liked the side characters and their interactions. The Australian mafia thing was new to me, and kind of fun. The audiobook was well done, and I'm excited to read the duet conclusion. I just wish I knew what it was that is holding me back from a higher rating.

Narration is dismal

Honestly, the narration kept me from finishing this book. I couldn't get past it.
