The characters in this story were so relatable. They all felt real. Each was incredibly strong in their own way but each went to God and looked for His will.

Can’t finish it!
I did not enjoy the narrator. Her voice sounds of an older woman and while it was fine for the professor who was older in the book, I did not like her on a younger woman who is falling in love. Sorry to say this. I keep putting the book aside and coming back to it. Haven’t been able to finish it still.

This is a beautiful, Christian romance. It is clean and wholesome. The characters grow and develop through the story as they come closer to each other and God.

Very Heartwarming
I loved this story. It is my first read for this author. I found both the story line and narrator to be intriguing and added the right amount of inflection bringing tears to my eyes. If you think you know what's coming you you will be very surprised.

Loved it!
I’ve read many by Irene Hannon. This is my favorite. There is an exploration of the complexity that of regretted decisions, and the importance of forgiveness, of self and others. The themes resonated for me due to my personal history. There were also two sweet love stories and the requisite happy endings.
