**NOW A MAJOR PRIME TV SERIES STARRING ALAN RITCHSON**

This is the first time all Lee Child's shorter fiction featuring Jack Reacher has been collected into one volume.

Jack 'No Middle Name' Reacher, lone wolf, knight errant, ex military cop, lover of women, scourge of the wicked and righter of wrongs, is the most iconic hero for our age.

Listen to together, these twelve stories shed new light on Reacher's past, illuminating how he grew up and developed into the wandering avenger who has captured the imagination of millions around the world.

The twelve stories include a brand new novella, Too Much Time.

The other stories in the collection are:

Second Son
James Penney's New Identity
Guy Walks Into a Bar
Deep Down, High Heat
Not a Drill
Small Wars

All of which have previously been published as ebook and audio shorts.

Added to these is every other Reacher short story that Child has written:

Everyone Talks
Maybe They Have a Tradition
No Room at the Motel
The Picture of the Lonely Diner

"Including a new novella, the clever, twisty tales reveal that even 13-year-old Reacher was a force to be reckoned with." (Sunday Mirror)

‘Jeff Harding’s [...] narration captures Reacher’s character perfectly [...] you have to savour every minute.’ The Sunday Times

Deep description & character

If you enjoy Lee Child’s Jack Reacher character - his freedom, alertness, reasoning, violent solutions, quick almost superhuman decision making ability, and much more - this series of short and very short stories is for you.

Also, if you enjoy Lee Child’s use of description to bring the readers into a setup and to catch and hold their attention, this is the book for you.

And finally, if you enjoy Lee Child’s use of twists and surprises from big to small in every story, plot and setup, this again is the book for you.

I think it would make a useful demonstration ‘text’ for students of writing on how to develop a series character and to integrate description and emerging plot into one’s writing. I found it makes a good companion to Lee Child’s BBC Masterclass on writing.

No doubt you can tell that I enjoyed it.

Prefer full length stories.

Short stories lacked any mystery. Always found myself wishing the concept had been used for a novel.

Great combo of Reacher tales

Always great to hear from my buddy Jack Reacher. Always wanted to know what he was up to between books
