Really good

Been a fan for quite a few years. This book was very easy to listen to and the whole story flowed.

Awesome start to a new series. Loved the characters. The narrators are new to me and they did great.

This book flowed perfectly and had a surprise plot twist that I always enjoy. I enjoy her books and this one did not disappoint

Best New LLV New Series in a a While

Holy cow!!!! This is like reading some of the older LLV series!!! Don't get me wrong, I like all her stuff but the Circus themed series, the crossfit series, & gator bait MC all fell flat. This one really brings it! Of course, she really writes about LEOs well. I highly highly recommend this one.

No Cap is the first in a new series and captured my interest to finish. Lani Lynn Vale, as always captured my interest and this series has become my new reading obsession.

Story Good, but male narrator was a drawback

Have loved LLV books for years, new series is a welcome surprise. Biggest drawback was the male narrator. His accent seemed to switch regions and definitely didn't fit a setting of Dallas, Texas. He tended to say the words in a staccato way. Add in the accents and it was jarring. Female narrator had great voices and was excellent.

I've never been disappointed, less excitement than I'm use to but still such a cozy listen

Black Cat Energy

The plot starts with the FMC, Hollis, stalking the person who she felt was responsible for her best friend's death. She meets the MMC, Quincy, a cop who is one of the triplets. What started as a cat-and-mouse game became something more for the MCs. I don't understand why Hollis’s family was so mean to her. I'm glad Quincy’s family embraced her. I’m ready for Quiad’s story.

Great start to a new series

Ms Vale came thru with another great read! The Carter's transitioned seamlessly right into the Circus series.
There are so many clues, tidbits and characters scattered within this story that I feel will play important roles in the rest of this series! I'm really looking forward to reading them all. Then I'll have to revisit when the audible comes out... because the narrators were awesone!
