A fantastic listen (or read)
I have now listened to this book three times. So many perfect nuggets in here for anyone dealing with branding, marketing, or any type of strategic business thinking. Simplifies complex ideas down into easy-to-digest concepts. If you're not following Alex on LinkedIn you're missing out.
I highly recommend giving this one a listen (and more than once).

Great Title!
Every business leader should read this book. Alex narrates a no-nonsense approach to understanding what your business can and cannot do. You can't put lipstick on a pig and expect it to sell. You must step back and understand what you have and who it is for. There is no magic formula, just some good common sense thinking. Take some time to THINK about your business before striving forward.
