I love that Jess was like "real" person...she makes mistakes, she fights her feelings an she knows who she is

I love the way Jess an Slater tried so hard not to become what they were destined to be..together.These kinda stories always suck me in....

I'd have to say Jess was her best performance

There were some great giggle scenes....i liked those

Over all this is a really good book to listen to....I will prolly listen to it more then once....

A bit overwhelming

Liked the two main characters, but the bit players had a lack of depth. Not a bad read though.

Great start to the series and narrator.

I loved watching Slater and Jess try to deny what was meant to be, fight against it, and ultimately loose. I enjoyed watching the friendship between Jess and Brody grow (especially since I read In Too Deep first and know what happens). Again, I just love a strong woman in a story, who stands up for herself no matter who it is in front of her (no whinnying chick in this book either).
This is a great prequel to introduce you to all the individuals in the series and the world of wolves, vampires, witches, druids, Nephalim, and more. I am looking forward to more of this series and to find out who the next book is about.

Its just sex

This book is more sex then story. The narrator made them sound like little kids. I have the next book so we'll dare if it's better

She brought the characters even more to life than the author had already done.

New Beginnings

Loved this as an ebook and love it even more as an audio book. Brandy Rivers takes you to her enchanted world of Edenton. Jess cannot take it anymore in her wolf pack so she packs up and with the permission of the Edenton Alpha, she sets out.
Will jealousy in the pack cause problems for the new shewolf? Or can she figure it out before anyone gets hurt?
If you haven't experienced this series, what are you waiting for????

Hurray for happy endings

This was a great story. The characters were fun and believable. It was nice to hear of the lives in a wolf pack a different way, there was love, intrigue, and action. Definitely a series to follow. The only difficulty I encountered was the narrator's voice. it was hard to take at times, a bit nasal, but I enjoyed the story nonetheless.

I liked the whole concept of an almost forbidden love between Slater and Jess.

I like the fact that Kelley got into character and took us into the book the way every author wishes would happen.

Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?

When Jess had the vision of her and Slater being "sort of" married to each other with the tattoos on there ring fingers.

A truly amazing story! I totally felt like I was right there the whole time. Love how each character has their own voice and own personality. Great job!! Must read!!

Great love story

Would you consider the audio edition of New Beginnings to be better than the print version?

I enjoyed both versions. You tend to get different things out of each. when you are reading a book in paperback/ebook you get images and sounds in your head of the characters. Audio books tend to not line up with what you have created, but make it fun.

What did you like best about this story?

I love the dynamic between jess and slater. I love that they push each other to be equals and are so devoted to what they feel.

What does Kelley Hazen Storyteller Productions bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?

She changes voices for each character which is a plus, but she has a habit of getting high pitched for multiple characters which can get a little overwhelming.
