This audio book i thought was really helpful and useful. I actually really liked this audio book. 5 star audio book and i have listened to this one about 2 times and i find it very helpful here is why i deal with pain because of my health. I actually think this audio book or regularly book would help many who is trying to find natural things to help them cope with the pain.

got more than I expected

I didn't know some of the foods here are good for pain relief. Glad I stumbled upon this book. I bought it to help my mom with herbs but I got more than I expected.
