I like how he explained how fasting and a plant based mainly raw food lifestyle with Mother Nature will help you live a long and healthy life. Letting us know that Mother Nature and Father God have provided us with food as medicine to cure not just a few dis-eases but all dis-eases.

Some concept are still extreme or not for everyone. There is something in the book for everyone including a few laughs. Did have a hard time getting pass the voice. So the delivery of the jokes was off.
