Natural Herbs for Healing
I really like this book. The author includes numerous herbs and plants that will promote healing and good health. Who knew garlic, wild rose, and so many others have so many healing benefits? This book not only explains the plants but also where to locate them and how to prepare them to give you the maximum benefit. How to store the herbs is also included so they maintain their potentates. If you are looking for an alternative to synthetic medicines this book is a must-listen.
