About this listen

Two fun facts: The average number of homes sold in the US is a little over 5 million yearly, and About 85% of home buyers hire a home inspector before closing. Since you are reading this, we can safely assume you want to become a licensed/nationally certified home inspector. The two facts should be reason enough to motivate you to get started. You can kickstart a rewarding career as a certified home inspector, where your expertise in evaluating properties, protecting families, and dropping priceless knowledge bombs on buyers and sellers would shine. Who wouldn’t want to aim for an NHIE or InterNACHI certification?

It becomes glaring that you need no fortune teller to know that your dream of becoming a successful industry expert is within arm’s reach. But while it seems like a real winner in theory, bagging those certifications is no walk in the park, especially if you don’t know where to start. Thankfully, you’re in luck! This book, Home Inspector Study Guide and Exam Prep provides an all-in-one blueprint to help you pass your certification exam the first time.

Credibility: Penned by the two most experienced and seasoned home inspection experts to align with the latest industry standards, it takes you on a journey of the ABCs of home inspection to advanced techniques, guaranteeing you a rock-solid foundation to crush it out there.

Comprehensive Coverage: Delve into the core aspects of home inspection, from electrical systems and plumbing to roofing and structural integrity — no stone left unturned.

50 State Requirements: We included the most up-to-date information on all 50 states. We included how and where to apply, the fees, the contact information, and all other relevant information you need to get started for your specific state.

Lack of editing

This book is full of senseless filler to make it longer. Some of the info is incorrect and there was no editing whatsoever.
