Just Meh

Storyline was sloppy but delivery on banter and jumping straight into story is always something I like about TL Swan’s books. The male narrator was new to me. I liked him but felt like MC would have suited a Sebastian York or a deeper male voice (Or maybe I’ve been spoilt with SEBASTIAN for TL Swan books🤷🏽‍♀️. I really like CJ Bloom as well but not sure if it was her performance (very animated as always$ or the actual character but I disliked the FMC.

Not my favorite

I love this authors books and writing but this story falls flat. The narration was great except for the sloppy editing in parts. It was annoying to have a great author use repetitive words and lines, but I’m hoping these things will be fixed moving forward.

Didn’t love it

A bit juvenile, no real chemistry between characters, story was weird. Why was he at the bar in the beginning and not at her house? Why didn’t he wake her when he got the call from the nursing home?

Loved it!

This audible is great! The story was so sweet, funny and heartbreaking. I loved all the characters and cannot wait to see them in future stories. Especially loved Barry the mutt.

I loved this book, the characters were funny, the narrator’s fit the characters a image perfectly and just a good story line.

I could not stop listening to this story. I can’t wait to read the next book in this series. It’s an absolute masterpiece. 🥰🥰🥰

Outstanding

This was a fantastic example of romantic comedy. From the first chapter I was hooked on the story that was told. The characters were easy to relate to and I really liked them. The chemistry between them was intense and I found myself laughing out loud on a number of occasions with the witty banter and humour. The secondary characters were just as entertaining and I hope to see more of them at a future date. This book is a little gem that I have no trouble recommending.  The narrators certainly did justice to the characters and the wonderful story that the author created.

This might be my favorite TL Swan book!

I loved this book so much. Juliet's internal dialog was hilarious, and it kept me highly entertained. Her best friend Chole was the ride or die best friend that every girl needs. I felt like I got whiplash with all the emotions we go through with Henley. I loved him. I hated him. I felt sorry for him. I loved all of the supporting characters in this book, and the side stories Swan showed us. This was such a fun read!

Worth the Wait

While this was not my favorite T L Swan book, I enjoyed the story and it was definitely worth the wait. There is humor, angst, and some parts that pull on your heartstrings. She is my favorite author and I can’t wait for the next one.

I wanted to fight Henly. He was soooo stubborn. This was such a great read though and I thoroughly enjoyed it.
