I’m tired of celebrating manipulative people
I really ❤️ Carly but I don’t like how she writes manipulative females as “good” women. Nikki was the same. Just like Asher didn’t want to cross the line; so Nikki played games and disregarded what HE wanted because it wasn’t what SHE wanted! Jess is the same. You should RESPECT what people want! Whether you agree or not! All of that playing jealousy games and throwing themselves at them is disrespectful and pathetic to me! Let them change their mind ON THEIR OWN! I wouldn’t even WANT a man that I had to FORCE to change his mind by playing games. I would ALWAYS wonder if he would’ve crossed the line and/or changed his mind if I hadn’t been playing games. DELIBERATELY trying to MAKE HIM want me. He doesn’t want to endanger the relationship with his BEST FRIEND & she doesn’t give a damn. SELFISH! If a man was pressuring a woman, or playing manipulative games like that with her, WOMEN would say he was a POS! I think that women who do that are the same!
Other than that, I ❤️ all of her books.
