Perfection!! Straight up perfection!! I loved Steal My Heart. But My Silver Linning! Oh my heart! Loved it! The chemistry, the loathing, the side characters, the banter. (Ugh, chefs kiss) Seriously, their meet cute had me busting a gut! I adored Lulu and Rafe. Once they became friends, you could tell they just understood one another. Their relationship was effortless, They were a huge support to each other as well! You could tell they wanted the other to succeed in life in a big way. My review jist like the first book is not going to do this book any justice. I have a feeling this series is going to be a serisz where i have multiple book trophy formates.
When i tell you there is banter, trust me. Lulu dishes as good as good as she gets. She is quick amd lets be honest, knocks RaFe flatt on his butt. I also enjoy the text threat between the boys of the family!! Hilarious!! Rafe is a great, big hearted guy who has a ton to give!
Not only was the story well done, but the narrators that were closen couldn't have been more spot on!

Vanessa and Sean killed it. I mean, i am gonna need more of these two in a pairing for audio! It was great. Vanessa is so good at delivering sass!! So good. She knoss how to deliver! Sean, ugh, he was brilliant!! These two are tight. I highly recommend this is the drink here

Chadwick Family is back!

We are back in Rosewood River and this time it’s for Lulu and Rafe.

These two were firecrackers from the very beginning. They have so much chemistry and I loved watching them go from butting neighbors to fake dating to more.

I like that we get to watch Lulu stand up for herself more and more as the story goes on. I also like that we get to see the softer side of Rafe.

We have plenty of family group chats, which are always a highlight for me! Those brothers/cousins are hilarious!

I can’t wait for book 3! The epilogue sets it up perfectly :)

Favorite Couple!

Lulu and Rafe have hands down been my fave couple of LP! They were hilarious, hot, so freaking sweet and the chemistry sizzled from the first throat punch! The guy chat was freaking hilarious, Beef Cake was wise beyond his years and Lulu was unapologetically herself! I absolutely adored their story! I laughed so much! Their connection just drew me in from their meet cute! Lulu is guarded and Rafe doesn’t think he will find that great love. I loved seeing them break down each other’s walls and it was magic with their push and pull! I cannot wait to get to see the other guys fall so hard!

So so good

Oh the banter! Loved it. This was an awesome instant enemies to lover’s delicious story. Loved every second of the audiobook. The narrators did a fantastic job. I loved how they transitioned from annoyed banter to falling in love banter. The 😍 I wore through this whole book is insane. I laughed out loud and squealed as Rafe and Lulu found their way to their HEA.

I feel like this review is a hot mess so I’m sorry pleasure forgive me my head is still a sappy mess after finishing this book. I love love loved this book and I could not get enough. I couldn’t wait to get to the glorious ending but at the same time I didn’t want to leave these characters. Loved the story and you should read it. ❤️

Sean Masters and Vanessa Edwin ARE Rafe & Lulu.

oh my gosh. is Rafe my favorite hero that Laura has ever written? hmm 😏

First of all, this performance was absolute perfection. Vanessa and Sean did an incredible job capturing Lulu and Rafe-- their personalities shown through flawlessly.

The meet-cute made me laugh SO MUCH. I love that Lulu is so unapologetically herself. And then we have Rafe-- this super charming golden retriever. I love him so much. 🤣🤭 This mad didn't just fall first, he fell HARD and we love that.

I couldn't recommend this audio anymore.

Romantic, heartfelt and swoony

From a hilarious first meet to wanting forever. “My Silver Lining” is a romantic, heartfelt and swoony fake dating small town romance that was a fun addition to the series.

From the first meeting, things were a tad painful between Rafe Chadwick and Lulu Sonnet. And so was the second. Lulu is in Rosewood River staying in Rafe’s brother's rental and he’s in the guest house. And then Lulu needs a favor from him, to be her fake boyfriend for a couple weeks to get her family off her back. He agrees because it would help him at work. Lulu is only in town for a couple months before moving to Paris for her jewelry business and they agree to keep their relationship temporary. But lines start to blur when they realize they are attracted to each other.

The way these two first met had me cracking up and is now one of my favorites. I love a good fake dating scenario and this one was so much fun. His sister is Emerson and Lulu is staying at his brother’s house so they are going to be around each other a lot so the two of them dating makes sense. Lulu is genuine, kind and is an amazing businesswoman with her jewelry line. Even when she was seen as the party girl socialite by her family, she was building her business and standing on her own. Rafe is an amazing guy who loves his family, including Beefcake which I was so excited to have again in this storyline, and is focused on his career like Lulu. These two have fantastic banter which had me smiling more than once and I loved their nicknames for each other. Their romance was an easy going, slowish burn with plenty of teasing and touching moments. I could tell they were meant for each other and how they made their relationship work like adults. The ending was so good and I can’t wait for the next book in the series.

Vanessa Edwin and Sean Masters narrated this audio in duet and they were fantastic. Vanessa brought Lulu’s fun and genuine personality to life perfectly. Sean was great as Rafe. His narration was romantic and caring, just like Rafe.

Laura Does it Again!

My Silver Lining just might be my favorite of hers yet! From the moment Lulu and Rafe met, they were cataclysmic in the best way. full of fiery banter, laugh out loud moments, and sexual tension so thick you could cut it with a knife.

this duel narration audiobook was PERFECTION. Sean Masters and Vanessa Edwin brought this story to life in the best way possible. Their voices gracing my eardrums? A whole experience.

Rafe and Lulu’s fake dating arrangement had me simultaneously swooning and wanting to knock their heads together. And of course, we were blessed with infinite words of wisdom from the one and only Beefcake!

This book was unputdownable! I flew through it and never wanted it to end. Rafe supporting Lulu as she followed her dreams and healed? My heart! And let’s not forget the Emerson & Cutler cameos, because I will never stop loving those.

Get ready to swoon

I loved this one so much. This book delivered all the swoons, all the feels, and one of my favorite meet cutes that legit had me cackling.

I laughed so many times while reading this one!! Lulu and Rafe have that chemistry that has you sitting back and just waiting for it to combust.

The banter, the laugh out loud moments, the text threads, the family moments, the way that both Rafe and Lulu were there for each other…I loved it all so much.

You’re going to be adding Rafe to your book husband collection, and Lulu to your book BFF squad. These characters are so funny, so snarky, and the way that Laura just makes you feel a part of their world has me in awe.

This is a definite must read.

Listen, this book is cute as hell. I loved the brother banter, Beef Cake sittings, and the main characters ate.

HOLY SH*T!!! I am sooo grateful I got this early because I couldn’t wait for this to be released 😍

This was AMAZING — I loved the first book in this series and I loved Lulu when she visited Henley so I knew I would love her book but WOW it was so much better than I could of expected!

And even though there is only 2 books so far in this series this is the best between to two!

The way these two came together way amazing. They brought out the best of each other and the way they supported each other even when they were still “faking” it.

I truly don’t know how it’s going to get better than this but like every book before I will never doubt Laura Pavlov! I loved reading their love story but I knew I needed this on audio and holy crap did it take it to another level!
