This voiceless music really helped relax me while my mom was in the hospital, it also helped me focus and sleep depending on what I was doing. It is soft enough to put in the background if needed but can be easily heard.

Excellent music for walking.
No "story" or narration,but none was expected. It is relaxing for walking. It makes the laps in the gym go "quicker" !

Wonderful for sleeping
This is a great audio series for sleeping or meditation. Highly recommend ! It is also good for work in a relaxing manner.
