An exploration of mindfulness practices globally

An excellent read during a time when many of us need to be mindful and stay in the present moment. Examines various paths to mindfulness (hygge is a particular favorite of mine) and includes guided visualizations. Narrator Ann Richardson's upbeat voice adds another level of enjoyment. Highly recommended.

Mindful Genius

Ann Richardson is a great narrator! I loved the guided visualizations on audio. Well done Nora D’Ecclesis - Ann brought your wonderful book to a whole new level. Mindfulness at its best - and definitely helpful in my stress filled world.
