Wonderful as usual

The author is always brilliant. I love her books. Stina Nelson never disappoints. Her narrating is second to none. I am very thankful for wholesome content and pleasant listening. I’m a fan !!

Glad to have SN back as narrator

After the last book was read by an awful narrator, I was worried this one would have the same one. I was very pleasantly surprised to have SN back to read this one. She’s fantastic and the story is fantastic! I wish the first one in this series would be redone and narrated by her instead.

Another great story

I am enjoyed listening to the saga of this Norwegian family . Lauraine Snelling is a gifted author and Stina Nielsen's reading makes the story come alive!

Stina in my opinion is one of the best narrators . Her narrating ability doesn’t distract you from the story, but instead draws you in!!!

More than a Dream

I was glad to find another book of the Bjorkholm Family. Back in 2019 when I was new to Audiobooks, I followed them in Blessing, North Dakota when they are just coming over from Norway, I do wish those books were still available to hear again. If anyone knows those titles I would like to know them.
Just completed a very good story of the families. I do recommend this book, but it does shall I say complete the whole picture. I have not found a follow up to this one so far. This took place in the 1895 period. Do not want to give away this story.

Good book

I have really enjoyed getting to know the families in Blessing. This author is an excellent writer.

This was a hard read for me.

At the end I was glad I read it, but it was never a "grip my attention I just can't put it down" book. Like I said, I'm glad I saw it through, the end was worth it. But it also ended rather abruptly. It was included in my audible subscription so thankfully I didn't spend any money on it, but it was just OK. Nothing really exciting until the last several chapters.

Hard to follow and depressing

The only reason I finished it was because I was sure that the last chapters had to be better than the beginning. If you want to listen to something very dismal than this is the book for you. Only the last 30 seconds were encouraging. Too much darkness in the world already that i do not need it in a fictional book.
