    Well written

A little too concise and a little too much professional lingo that was not very well explained. I would have preferred if he had reiterated the trading plan using more common words after he gave it. For instance:

“After you sell the put at the 110 strike at 0.70 ( that’s 100 shares per contract and 10 contracts for $700 that you receive) you buy the put at the 108 strike at 0.35 or $350 that you pay” (or that’s as close as I can remember)

I would have preferred something like “after you sell the put for .70 a contract you collect right away $700. The price you collect is per share. You are selling 10 contracts and each co tract has 100 shares. So you get 70 cents we share times 100 is 70 dollars per contract and you sold 10 close tracts so that’s 70 dollars. Next you right away buy the same number of contracts of the same stock, at the same option date, and a slightly lower strike. The strike refers to the actual price of the stock when the put expires so that the pot option itself will have no value. The distance between the strike of the put that you sell and the strike put that you buy limits how much you would be responsible for if the stock dropped down below the lower strike. In this case, if CYZ dropped to 108, of even if it dropped to 50, we would only be responsible for $2000. You would be forced to sell XYZ shares at $110, but then you would turn right around and buy it at $108. So sell 10 contracts x 100 shares per contract x 110 = 110000 and buy 10 contracts x 100 shares x 108 = 108000. So $110,000 - $108,000 = $2,000 which is the most for which you would be responsible...no matter how far the price dropped.

But that’s just me. I would have preferred a 90 minute audible with enough reiteration over a 60 minute read so I wouldn’t have had to go back and relistened so much. But again, that’s just me.

I wouldalso have liked a discussion of how you chose the strike distance. It seems a little arbitrary. Would it be better to buy 10 contracts with a $1 strike distance, or 5 contracts with a $2. I’m sure the answer is: “it depends”, but I’d like to hear your reasoning behind how you choose

but all-in-all it was a well laid-out, logical, and encouraging presentation of the content. Nice job

Great for learning how to make money in Options

This is a quick read (or listen, on Audible) , yet full of very informative material. Iron Condor strategy is discussed along with some variations of it. I feel the Author does a great job explaining the details of how to use this strategy to your advantage as well as the many possible outcomes that may occur. I think this is a great resource for someone wanting to learn more about making money in the Options market . With that being said , I think some basic knowledge of Options Trading Terminology is necessary for this read. I have now read 2 of Matthew Kratter’s books, both of which I have found to be interesting and very helpful!

Good for explanation but lacks instruction

This would be a good audiobook for someone who understands options & wants see which strategy best fits their risk/reward tolerance; not so much for beginners. If you’re new to option it’s probably best to get the hard copy so you can physically see the numbers opposed to trying to follow along in your head.

Also, there’s no explanation as to why you’re placing the trades, it’s simply based on “which direction you ✌🏼feel ✌🏼the stock is going to go”. It needs to be based on value and/or technical indicators.

With that being said, I’d recommend it for something to listen to at the gym or on your way to work.
