Great Book for reminding the spirit of a champion
I don’t know how someone could trash this or rate this any less than a 5/5
Is it only an hour? Yes.
But it’s a phenomenal performance of Dr. Cook laying the mental foundation for what it means to be a success. I just ordered his book “champion” and you can tell that the two go hand in hand.
As a previous Jayhawk AND Pole Vaulter, the second he brought up Scott and Pat, I completely got hooked!
Wish it was longer and wish that he had more titles available because Dr. Cook, gets it!
My interest is peaked and wish that others saw the benefits of this coaching & teaching. As a previous collegiate athlete, I feel like this was a refresher course on what it takes to accomplish greatness in any venture. If I could, I’d buy Dr. Cook a steak and a beer.

Good message but the delivery is too aggressive.
3 key messages - know your goal, be mentally tough and accept being under pressure. Delivery of the story and the message gave me a headache. Glad it was only an hour.

A complete ripoff
This is an hour of warmed-over war stories with exactly five actual concepts in the entire presentation. There is almost no content in this. I would be embarrassed to have my name on this -- this is absolute fraud. Basically, he just stands up in front of a crowd, tells sports stories, and tapes the thing. Really, really bad.
