Wonderful audiobook.

Wonderful audiobook. I have one monk listen to the audiobook and he says it is mindfulness as described by Buddha and that I should recommend to all my patients.

I am very satisfied with this audiobook.

I am very satisfied with this audiobook. This is really an excellent audiobook. This audiobook gives an exceptionally essential clarification! Manipulators are everywhere - spinning their webs of deceit and control wherever they can and taking advantage as they do so. By opening your world to Brainwashing, you begin to understand the actions of those around you and how they can be used to better yourself for a change.

this is a course that will help anybody

This is very educational and rewarding I will make this part of my everyday life and the meditation practice is stream the useful and guidance given is appreciated I am most thankful for this course
