Yes, I said it and it needed to be said! It annoyed me bc audacity is at an all time high! Learn how to get out of your own way!
This is a must-read for anyone who is ready to take ownership of their bad habits, decisions and negative mindset in order to create a more fulfilling purposeful life. Too many gems and favorite chapters to mention, reminded me of a few things I knew but had forgotten as I’ve been dealing with life, but this was the reminder I needed to get refocused. Will definitely be using the workbook to put these tips and advice to use for a more positive and productive lifestyle.

We all need some mending...
This is not your typical self help book where it's like "take what you need and leave the rest on the table", it's relatable on every level. Cutty has always had the skill for storytelling with a side of reality check and this book is a great representation of that and definitely well received. Keep up the amazing work Passport Cutty! Well, worth the listen!
Mending Me is not necessarily a relationship book but you to learn about yourself, and the way you can relate to the people in your life – partner, friends, etc. I plan on reading this book over and over again as it is a perfect tool to help with your growth and healing.

Examples and possible solutions
Cutty is a great storyteller and dropped gems, some I’ve heard/experienced but I love language because there are many ways to say one thing, you can hear the same thing 5 times and because something was worded differently on the 5th it resonates differently. I loved when she said “Why do you fear the unknown when what you know is not up to par?” 💎 What I liked most about the book besides her transparency in her personal experiences, was the fact that she also gave blunt possible solutions. Whether they are for you or aren’t is at your discretion. Overall good read I do recommend.

The first self help book with relatable stories and specific guidance, no fluff!!
As a huge online follower of Passport Cutty, I knew I would read this book (I read the M in Man is for Money and the Zodiac Facts). But what I didn’t expect was for it to be the most relatable self help book I’ve ever read. With tons of real examples from the author’s life, it helped me uncover areas that I needed to mend that I had never thought about. This book ended up being best self help book I didn’t realize I needed!!

This book came right on time for me!
“Mending Me” was exactly what I needed right now after separating from the father of my children, relocating to another state, and feeling somewhat… lost. Although this book doesn’t focus strictly on relationship matters, it did help me dig into the root of some of the reasons I went through many things that I have. The author is kind of that “give it to you straight, no filter” friend who is going to be honest with you whether you want to hear it or not. I’m definitely feeling more confident going into 2024 after this book, and I see myself listening to it a few more times every now and then when I need a reminder.

Great book
If you’re looking to really improve yourself, how well you react to situations this is a good way. Lots of tips and gems that can be used in everyday situations. Quite a few chapters were extremely relevant in my life experiences.
