I am new to mediterranean diet. I have heard about Keto diet and other low carb diet. Mediterranean diet has its own distinct purposes. I like how abundant in fish this diet is. The audiobook worked well for me
The audiobook worked well for me rather than reading a kindle or paperback of it. It's easy to bookmark the parts that catches my attention. I can easily put a note on each book mark and clips as well. I just hope there's more recipes.
