Shifting my mentality
I feel like these meditations have slowly but surely been making me think different. Before it was released, I got 10 days early access, and I've been listening to them since. Helping my self-esteem
I struggle with constant anxiety and worry about whether I'm good enough to overcome the challenges I will face when I take the leap of starting my business. The only reason I haven't started is not because of the fear of starting, but of what others will think or what I will face after starting it. Since downloading these meditations on the release date and listening to them everyday since, I've grown a lot. I plan on doing these for the next 90 days to see where it can take me.
