Loved this new way of meditating

Bringing together my workout and my meditation clarified bringing mindfulness into my everyday life. It brought a new dimension to my meditation and a new depth. I am excited to see where this takemenon my daily life. Shinzen's voice is also very easy to listen to. Thank you

Cycling Enthusiasts

Use these techniques while riding a bicycle; especially for long distance rides. Surprised it's not mentioned.

Excellent Mediation for Endurance Training

It is uncanny how the instruction set of the guided meditation matched superbly with my cycling interval training for the day. I followed the prompts and wow! The words and guidance just happened to fall precisely where they were supposed to be, fluidly, synchronously.

The focus on breath, body sensations, and expansion/contraction of tension and relaxation allowed me to experience the workout in a much deeper, mindful way. Note, this was performed on an indoor cycling trainer for an hour, so I was able to close my eyes, and just let go of any potential distractions.

All good… looking forward to continued use and application to weight lifting, and outdoor longer rides.
