Warum hat nur noch er schöne Weihnachtsbäume zu verkaufen und wieso erzählt er seltsame Lügengeschichten? Max und Anna entdecken das Geheimnis, das hinter dem unfreundlichen Förster steckt und begeben sich dabei in große Gefahr. Doch zum Glück hat Max seinen Spielzeugsoldaten Ernesto dabei!
