Fun Spy Story

I’ve read a lot of Christophers stories and this one of his best. Look forward to more in the series nice spy and mountain climbing story. Love the reader and always look forward to his work

What I liked most…

The story line was excellent and the vocalist did a great job of reading the story.

I had a hard time with the foreign names but a good story

Too many different names for me, but that’s probably my issue. The story moved along well and was very interesting.

Well Written Thriller

Like the most well written spy thriller novels, you can’t take your ear buds out till the very end. I’ve read all of this author’s books and this is his best.

Fantastic!

Really, really enjoyed this book. Great plot, suspense, and a mostly happy ending. Can't wait for the next one! The narration was splendid.

Not one of Reich’s better…

The book was entertaining and fast moving from time to time. Characters and character development was poor, slow,and sloppy.

The book didn’t really gain any inertia until about the last 30 to 35% of the book and that would’ve been a good place to start the book — you could’ve thrown the first nine hours out and it wouldn’t have really taken away from the story.

This book is a week prequel to the new character and with this, has a foundation that can’t have much but a poor sequel built upon it. This is disappointing.

I must praise Christopher Reich getting more correct about weapons. He correctly identified the changing of a magazine when reloading. However, half a chapter later, he referred to it as a clip, which is incorrect. But one out of two ain’t bad.


I pray Mr. Reich takes his level back up to the book that he’s had in other series

Action Packed Matterhorn Spy Thriller

Having recently visited Zermatt, I could not wait to listen to this novel and it never disappointed me. Believable plot and characters with plenty of interesting twists and action. The narration matched the quality of the story. Hope you enjoy it too.

Great Story, Characters and Narration!

Great story with twists and turns. Narrator is, as usual, terrific. Well worth the read if adventure and intrigue are your thing.

Engaging spy thriller

Christopher Reich's "Matterhorn" is an engaging spy thriller that kept me hooked from beginning to end. Although the book was a bit long, it remained interesting enough to hold my attention. The action-packed finale had me completely absorbed, and I thoroughly enjoyed this spy story. I look forward to reading the next book in the series.
