good

I like this series it's not too bad I do think that is a odd way to play a the dragon but hey it's his story.

Good addition

I def enjoyed this book but I have to admit the tempo of the book was rather docile except maybe the end “boss fight”. Not that the tempo was bad or anything, it just wasn’t this epic adventure I was expecting.

That being said, I enjoyed the story and character progression. And I look forward to the next book in the series

The performance from the narrator wasn’t bad, but it wasn’t great either. I’m not too familiar with this narrator and although he does have a number of different voices that work well, he just doesn’t have the gusto I’m used to. Let’s put it this way, he’s good but he’s no Travis Baldree!!!

Good Pacing

Unlike many other stories in this genre the plot moves forward and doesn't get bogged down in over zealous details. The journey might actually end up somewhere instead of burning out after 5 books or so. It's entertaining as well which is a pleasure.

Pretty good, bloopers make the audio book even better to enjoy. Am a big fan of the narrator.

Litrpg with a little tower defense throw in some awesome powers and dragons. This book is a definite must!

Wonderful Book, Wonderful Listen

This is a wonderful book, with a fantastic narrator. The bloopers at the end are quite amusing, but the book shows no signs of flaws. With the story continuing on of a human reborn as a dragon, this story delves my deep into the challenges and trials of Carl/Onyx as this book lays down the foundation for the next book while neatly wrapping up the plot hooks of the prior.

Gotta Love Those Dragons

Another grand adventure in the mountain answers many questions but still leaves you wanting more! I'm excited for the third book!

Solid sequel

This is a unique dungeon core series. I love that it is so dragon intensive. It is really cool. The plot is interesting and compelling as the story continues. The narration is very well done.
