Narration Brings Life to Stories

If you could sum up Make a Wish in three words, what would they be?

Intriguing, heartfelt and meaningful

What was one of the most memorable moments of Make a Wish?

The reason behind each story as to how and why it was written.

What does Andi Hicks bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?

The intonation, the liveliness of the story's theme and entertaining variations in voice and accent.

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

I did but it is perfect for short snippets. In fact, each story brings to mind a family member or friend it should be shared with.

Any additional comments?

I am a writer and never thought of writing as a gift. I wrote a short story for my son when he turned 16 but this "wish" idea could be applied in so many ways. It could be a wish I have for someone else. It really inspired me as to how writing can be something above and beyond "publishing" but a personal expression person to person.
