A fun adventure.

Lukas is by far one of the more down-to-earth space marine heroes. His antics make him endearing, yet when needed, he steps up like a true son of Russ.

Well written character and story

Lukas is definitely a well written character with such depth to him. For a faction and sub-faction that seem to be full of pride and zealous in the 40k universe, Lukas is such a breath of fresh air amongst many. Compassionate to the humans of his world where so many would see as weak in comparison. 10/10

Epic tale!

A must have not only for Space Wolves fans, it provides great insight into the Drukhari (Dark Eldar) as well. Luckas the Trickster is a colorful character that goes beyond the typical Space Marine hero - in terms of depth.

I Loved it!

This was an amazing book and I loved the narration. The voice was clear concise and the different voices he was able to use for the individual characters was incredible

I hope for a sequel

A quality 40k title with an interesting character that moves at a steady clip. Never felt it drag on once through the whole experience.

Great story

Loved this book it tells such a great story of Lukus. I enjoyed every minute of this book

Lukas is the Best

Well, I officially have a favorite Space Wolf character now. Moving beyond the stereotypical Archetype of the Sons of Russ, Lukas shines as an example of how the character of a Space Marine Chapter can improve over time. This is a fantastic jaunt with a lot of heart, moments of surprising hilarity, adventure, introspection and courage. Well worth the price, and is a story that I will be coming back to listen to again in the future.

A 5 star journey, with a snarling self-awareness.

I found it satisfying for what it is, I found the quip by the harlequin very startling with a literal moment of a laugh from me when it spoke within its setting a comment that made sense in its world and in ours.

Beyond that I found elements of the characters very inspiring, encouraging me to hurry and finish some of the stories I haven't finished trying to write yet so I can share them and start writing newer and better stories to share.

Lucas is the best ever

out of all the books I've read Lucas is easily my favorite character of any in these books! definitely worth a read

Stopped listening to Damnos halfway thru to give another listen

Chapters that aren’t the ultrasmurfs are always more interesting. This is no exception. I think what makes the wolves so fun is the wide array of characters you can have that still make sense within the context of the chapter.
