What a breath of fresh air 😍

While I didn't like the short chapters, this author was new to me and I throughly enjoyed this story. If you are looking for a bunch of drama and sadness this isn't it. This book has very low angst and gets straight to the point. It was a light hearted very romantic swoon worthy read. This author got it right she got one of the top narrating duo's and they did it justice! Get this book you will enjoy it 5 🌟 all around for me!

Second Chance Office Romance

Maddox and Hannah met the first week of college fall semester of their Senior & Junior year. Having an amazing full week of hanging out and sparking chemistry that both saw a future together. Until Hannah gets a phone call pulling her back home, 3 hours away. Having to drop out and leaving a letter in the mail box for Maddox since they never exchanged numbers; she knew she had to leave it up to fate if the see each other again.

15 years later, Hannah’s job is on the line because her company was bought by a bigger one. Showing up to an interview for her job with higher in command, she is so nervous. She receives a shock of a lifetime seeing Maddox across from her. She pretends he’s not there but the second her last name is stated, Maddox’s head shoots up from his phone and narrows his eyes on the one who got away.

I love a second chance romance, especially when there is so much angst and chemistry between characters. You feel the chemistry, the love, the trust between these two. Loved them! So excited with this series!

Finished Love, Utley tonight! This was such a smooth read! I loved the banter, especially between Maddox and his best friend, Nate Waller. If you like second chance, workplace romance, and some humor (I love that he calls her niece smidge), then you should definitely give this a read!

Just phenomenal! I will forever and always be a stan for SJ Tilly and she never fails to take me on the best journey! This book was everything I wanted it to be and more. Maddox is BEYOND SEXY and Hannah is a kindred spirit. I always love the Tilly World couples but I think I've never resonated with one more than I have with these two. Their story is sweet and sexy and raw and real. I think that's what makes second chance romances the most rewarding to me because they are so well fought and such a long time coming the reward of their happily ever after is that much sweeter. Maddox is a sexy ass Alpha but the biggest softie for his girl and is head over heels for Hannah. The torch he carries for her is the stuff dreams are made of. Hannah feels so tangible to me as an independent woman who has fought tooth and nail for the life she has provided for not only herself but the rest of her family. Choosing her family over herself meant putting her needs and desires on the back burner but their second chance gave both of them the opportunity to find happiness in this next stage of their lives and its the sweetest happily ever after I've read in a long time. Another 20/10 for SJ Tilly!!!

Ugh I love this story so much. Maddox is so swoon worthy! Lost loves reuniting is one of my favorite tropes! I can see at least two more characters getting a story also!!

SJ Tilly does it again!

A definite 5 star read. This is another SJ Tilly masterpiece. All the feelings and all the spice. It’s a book to read and reread.
