An All You NEED Book for Love, Fulfillment, and Relationships
This book encompasses a very wide range of Matthew’s concepts and strategies that are derived from painful experiences and lessons. Unlike other books that are filled with fluff, this is a very deep, vulnerable, and truly helpful book that I believe can help any person that is struggling in their love life. Give it a listen, I think you’ll agree he’s one of the most renowned and greatest voices, in this space, of our time.

very insitefull
this was a very insightful book. I'll be honest I usually don't make it far in books like thi. but this one has me thinking. the trauma to raise standards and not settle are not cleche. or at least they are explained in a way That turns on a light bulb, "Oh, that's why I do that".
