Sick to Sweet

These stories were fair to excellent, the storylines covering a range from sick to sweet. The narrator did an excellent job, but some of the stories would have been better with a female voice. Overall I consider this to be a worthwhile listen.

Varity Anthologies

I did enjoy listening to these stories some were good others not. I liked the ones with ghosts but there are others with murder, fantasy, sci-fi, gore, torture, and creepy, some really short but the book did have variety. I was given this free review copy audiobook at my request and have voluntarily left this review. Thank you

Best collection I've read so far.

I like twisted tales, horror, and suspense. I like collections of short stories. But when you involve relationships, loved ones, emotions, it goes to a whole new level. After all, what really scares us the most. I loved this collection.

Successful Short Form Horror

Sometimes you want your dose of scary to be bite sized and 'Love, Death, and other Inconveniences' delivers just that. The stories range from fair to fabulous and spookily, sweet to horrifying. There seems to be a little bit of something for everyone! Paul Jenkins gives a great narrative performance that kept me wanting more. If you enjoy short form horror, this is a collection for you. It does not disappoint.

Great collection of short stories

I was given this free review copy audio book at my request and have voluntarily left this review.

This was a great mix of short stories that run the gambit from virtual worlds to the real world and all have some sort of love theme with a creepy twist. The narration is done well and kept things intersting. If you like these anthology type books, it is well worth the credit.

Worthwhile mix of short stories

Like most collections of short stories from a variety of authors, readers/listeners will have some that they prefer and others that failed to resonate. It's nice to find a collection where the majority of stories are worth reading/listening to. Most of these are quite short to listen to (less than 15 minutes) and we're given plenty to explore. As other reviewers have mentioned, the theme of love encompasses the good, not-so-good, and twisted. So some are actually quite sweet, while others are more aligned with various definitions of horror. I'm glad I listened to this collection. The narrator was quite good as well - no complaints here. His voice is effective for this genre.

So disturbingly delicious

I received this book in exchange of an honest review.

I liked some stories more than other but they were all so creppy and interesting.

The way each author made they story and the characters so alive and relatable were amazing.

The narrator did bring to life these little snipets of horror, I'm glad to see the genre is so alive in these times and that it can be so diverse and rich.

A “Horribly” Awesome collection!

What an amazing story collection! My favorites included Magnum Opus, Letters from my dead wife, I used a dating site once and Tits.

But! Nothing in this well gathered collection will disappoint.

An enjoyment from beginning to the end.

Also the narration was very much on point.

An Anthology or Horror and Terror Stories

I was given this free review copy audiobook at my request and have voluntarily left this review.

This is a must read for the terror and horror stories lovers. It has enough variations in theme and genre to satisfy everyone and keep you interested. It is also a very great way to discover authors of the genres that you might not have been familiar with but would like to explore further. The stories vary in length which is a plus for me, and I found that the narration is truly extremely well done.
You'll be transported in a world filled with fearsome phenomena, from the supernatural, to the paranormal, from never dying love stories, to horror-filled adventures. The anthology is quite lengthy, but you will enjoy every moment and find each story intriguing. Go ahead and be prepared for a thrillingly horrifying listening experience.
