very entertaining

I enjoyed this so much. The storylines were all so different and spooky. Great job!

I was enjoying this untill

most of these stories are great! i would have given it 5 stars if it had stuck to horror stories. I was enjoying these stories till I ran into a story about woke identity politics. A story more about pushing an agenda rather than providing entertainment.

Another great read...

I really enjoy these short stories; The authors' imagination is always refreshing and original. If you want a quick listen or don't have time for a full novel these are a great choice.

Narrator fail

The stories were decent. Some were quite good, other's not so much. But what killed it for me was all the stories I had to skip! Who knows if they were good or just ok. I skipped everything read by Stephanie Shade. Why would you use someone with a robotic monotone to read a story? She sounds just like the lady in my GPS! (and the reason the GPS volume is off) Absolutely terrible! I will now know to look out for her and not get anything with her in it. It really is that terrible...

Not As Good As I Hoped

The stories are written well and read well enough, but they aren't actually very scary. Some were a little disturbing, others gross, but that wasn't the terrifying I was looking for. I think I'm going to steer clear of Scare Street from now on.

Amazing!

Three books in one - and these were amazing. There were a few that were not as great as the others, but most were awesome.

Book 1:
This collection of spooky tales will keep you on the edge of your seat from page one! It was an amazing read, and the authors did not disappoint with their stories! I am looking forward to reading the rest of the books in this series!

Book 2:
This collection of scary stories will keep you engaged and amaze you as you move forward through the book. Each one is crafted to bring a sense of "what is going to happen next" and Scare Street never disappoints! Loved it!

Book 3:
Step into horror with this great collection of short stories!

Scare Street always does a great job, but with this one, there were a few that I didn't care for as much, as they felt forced - not flowing very well. But the rest were just as amazing as always!

Too many just ok stories

I listen to audiobooks while driving. I own hundreds and started with cassettes books.
I would say 1/3 of the stories in this first bundle (1-3) were very good. 1/3 were just ok stories then 1/3 of the stories I found myself drifting and thinking of other things while listening to them. Since I bought 4 bundles of the stories I will continue with the series and hope they contain more of the quality stories.

now I have to get all the other books too!!! I enjoyed a good portion of the stories... some were corny, but as with any anthology, some were true gems!!! my favorites were the Rob Ripley stuff!!
