Nice set up, MC needs a challenge!

The main character currently has no challenge as the rest of the players have yet to truly start figuring out the game. So right now she seems over powered. Its a nice set up and is on the verge of being a really good story or bad story. Unlike her other trilogy I think this one could do with the main character getting thrashed a few times and facing some heavy road blocks. Not to mention some players that absolutely thrash he in PVP as people get into the full swing of this game. Uncover some flaws in her build that she has to figure out ways to deal with. As the story kind of shows her as a good player but not really one of the best. She just has a huge advantages right now. If she doesn't have some major set backs and flaws to over come in the story as the rest of the players get the hang of the game, plus some twists, I am afraid we are going to have just a Marry Sue character. Crossing my fingers!

Books a little short feels like a bit more should have happened.

Heads up I did have to speed up To 1.10× 1.15× is not bad She reads a little too slow But the story is interesting The characters are likable Give a chance you should be disappointed I do believe it's cheaper if you buy the kindle an the audible I think I bought the kindle for $2 And the audio for $7.49 So don't waste a credit I think a credit is around 11:40 or something like that

sar on this book for a while cuz i didnt think i would like it as much as the touch of power series...man was i wrong. this book was amazing. absolutely loved it

Fun story, Unique characters.

This is not your typical -1 man-1 world to be saved Story imperiotic Not your typical Overpowered character Not your typical villains I rather enjoy Jay Boyces take.

its good. I only have one complaint

I generally struggle a bit with VR litrpg unless the author can create an important reason to care... for example 1. I need money for my mothers heart transplant. 2. I need money to escape an abusive situation at school. 3. I feel the npcs in this virtual reality are actually sentient and I want to protect them from the players who will abuse them 4. the vr game is somehow real. 5. vr has become a death game by developer and I am trying to escape... etc. etc.

this game doesn't have that and I'm unsure what the main characters motivation is other than just to have fun.
I still enjoyed the book but I was waiting for her goals to emerge.

Very well done! I am ready for many more books to follow this first one. It was like playing a newly released MMORPG with all the fun of playing a brand new adventure for the first time.

Loved that the PK'ers and griefers got what they deserved.

My favorite book so far

Jay has outdone herself, simply amazing. It takes a lot of talent to make an OP “Isekai” protagonist interesting and Jay has had a critical success.

Listened twice and will listen again

The character is so relatable with having a limit of social time and making efforts to be a better friend.

High functioning autistic main character. Really good story.

As I stated the main character feels like a very high functioning autistic. From there mathematical mastery, highly antisocial with strangers, yet very affectionate, with those they deem safe. Yet can only spend so much time around people before they need time to themselves to unwind and rebalance.

The world is very well thought out and done well. I’ve been greatly enjoying this series. Most series with a female main character in this genre, are rather pitiful. This story is not. The main character is not. Highly recommend giving this story a chance if you like this genre.

Really good

Jay Boyce has done it again, a compelling story that isn't focused on the fighting, even if the MC fights a lot. I can't wait for the next book!!
