This has major emotions in it since grief shared turn to friends turn passionate lovers. Every beautiful the struggles were very really.

A story rich with substance, emotional depth, realistic & stimulating dialogue, balanced humor, yummy chemistry & tension w/ scenes so perfectly written that you catch yourself staring into lala-land with your mouth half open - realizing you missed your road exit 5 miles back. I give this a five finger rating for sure! (out of 5; 5 being the best)

I loved Living. The story and the characters are great. I thought the background theme of abuse from media was a good thing to add to the book. TJ Richards does a great job with the narration.

An absolute amazing story

That was really an amazing and beautiful story, that had it all. I loved it. It was really a good story that mad you feel all sorts of feelings and it really made you want to read/listen to more from Lise Gold. The narrator really has a nice sweet voice and she did an amazing job. It’s my second book I’ve listened to by Lise and TJ. They make a good match. I can really recommend anything with this combination.

I thoroughly enjoyed this story

Lise Gold has written a wonderful story that grabbed my attention from the first word and TJ Richards has done a fabulous job of bringing the characters to life. The way Lise brings in the subjects of depression, suicide, mental health and shows that with therapy someone can come back from the brink of suicide and learn to live again and be happy.

I could easily distinguish between characters and that is a big thing for me. If I'm constantly trying to figure out who is suppose to be talking\thinking then it's tough to follow the story. Well done TJ Richards.

Great Use of Dialogue

Ms. Gold really knows how to make her characters sound real. I typically like faster paced stories but I decided to take my time with this one and am so glad I did. Just sit back and let a good story teller take you away. And someone please tell TJ Richards that someone in Texas has a horrible crush on her reading skills. And thus her voice. Just sayin'...

Slow burn, sweet yet steamy

Sweet romance story that builds slowly but felt like a natural ascent. Steamy enough in numerous parts to keep it exciting. Kinda kept waiting for the inevitable drama but it never came & it was refreshing for this genre. Sometimes it’s nice just to hear a story that plays out the ideal way, which is clearly fantasy bc in real life it never happens lol loved this book though :)

I was hesitant in purchasing this audio book. It has been sitting in my wish list fir several months.
The story is to close to home for me. I was not sure if I could get through it. But I did. I work with a group of suicide prevention, this story was wonderfully written and did great talking points on mental health. The book took some great things and created a great love story, forgiveness and looking in on how to take help and use it.
The story had me crying and smiling because of how the moments drew me back to some darker times. But I too have taken the road to help. Seeing such a story like this was amazing.
I applaud the writer in diving in on such a subject and I thank you for providing this book for others to read and take heart on how it can be better if you want to work at it.
The story may seem like a typical happy ending but when you think of the support and non judgmental help from MC you feel it’s possible for the outcome.
Take the time to read or listen to this story and learn how a good support can change a life so much.

Wow! I love Lisa Gold’s book! And I love TJ’s narration! I especially listening to this book because of the narrator! :)
