About this listen

Books 1-4 in the Leveling up the World LitRPG series are now available in this special bundle. With countless miniature worlds locked inside of sentient items, adventure never ends!

After his first college party, Dallion wakes up alone in a small medieval village in the middle of nowhere. First, he needs to figure out where he is and how to survive a mysterious world filled with magic and monsters.

Then, he must uncover the secrets of being 'awakened,' which is apparently what he is. Objects in this new world are sentient, allowing the 'awakened' to mend or upgrade them by traveling into any object's unique realm and defeating the guardians that lie within.

So many worlds to explore... So much time...

Experience a unique spin on Isekai LitRPG filled with countless new pocket-realms to explore. A zero-to-hero slow-build Progression Fantasy you won't be able to put down, now in this special edition box set!

Somehow I managed to make it through books 1 and 2….. honestly this statement alone speaks volumes so I’ll leave it here.

Main Character is horrible.

The mc is outrageously frustrating…. The concept of the story is unique and very cool….

Wtf

though how inconsistently ignorant he has made the mc makes wish I could meet the author and punch him in the face...

so far I'm enjoying the story..

I would give this book about 3.5 stars. I don't give out 5 star reviews unless the book is AWESOME.
This book is mediocre. it's not terrible, but not great either. it's 80+ hours and I am NOT buying the next one.

it's okay

the Mc is so scatter brained and indecisive that it just gets to a point you want to fast forward through all the emotional bs

started out great now just struggling to make it through these books

Love the world! The author created a great space to explore and grow!

Unfortunately the MC is my least favorite character

Very creative

I did not like many things about book one. I do not plan to listen to the next books, but if I ever do I'll update this review.

The power system was implemented differently than I expected, and I do not like the actual implementation. I do not like the protagonist. I did not like the plot of this first book.

Mediocre, first book review only because I'm not listening to the rest

Listened up to book 4 but I couldn't finish it. I like the concept and the world but the characters are two dimensional prints there only to cater to the MC. None show any aspirations or goals and bend over backwards to accomodate the MC. If that was all I'd listen to the entire series and call it junk food or a quilty pleasure. However the MC exist and I find him annoying to the extreme, I dropped off at book 4 because I got tired of wanting to choke the MC every couple of pages.

Here is a list things the MC does constantly that are annoying as all get out:

1. Has the decision making ability of a toddler.

2. Whines about everything even after 4 books and quite litterally "defeating" some of his flaws and fears.

3. Jumps to conclusion with little thought outside of the story he has made up in his mind.

4. Never listens to advise even when time, after time it gets him in trouble only to be saved by the power of plot armor.

5. Was told on book 2 that something is considered rude in the culture he lives in now but has continued to do it in book 2, 3 and 4 and what pisses me off the most, is that no one seriously calls him out on it.

6. Makes plans that have more holes than a chesse grater but always comes out on top by the power of plot armor.

7. His mouth and his ego are far bigger than his actual ability.

Lastly, the narrator should stick to childrens books because all the characters fall into two categories:

1. High pitch middle schooler
2. High pitch old man/lady

Interesting concept cippled by an annoying MC
