if you need a more in depth, EFFECTIVE , yet simple and quick read self love book this is for you, he goes so deep and I have never heard of self from such a PERSEPECTIVE! typically it's not so deep and so simply put, this was literally amazing I have told so many people about this book because this has helped me so much with my self love!

Insightful, user friendly
