This was a fascinating audiobook, as it made me think about relationships differently. It's always good to check in on the health of your relationship, and not just assume everything's ok. It's also good to be reminded of what you could be doing to improve it, and this book is great at giving advice on how to keep it healthy and passionate, as well as tips on resolving conflicts. I wish I had this book years ago! The information on resolving conflict and communication were an area that I needed help on years ago. Now I have the information for future relationships that will help to improve and create a lasting relationship.

Honestly surpassed expectations

I usually have the attention span of a carrot, but this book just made sense to me and had no problem holding my attention & interest.

If we aren't growing, or making ourselves better somehow, someway and every day, Then what the hell are we doing? I never have time to sit down and try to process my emotions or figure out why I am the way I am with my partner, But this book? This book explains things in ways that even my attention span lacking self, can easily process. They break everything down for you, Put things into perspective and not only explain where you might be lacking, but also how to fix it and even why it got to that point so you learn from it and dont let it happen again.

There are always ways to better ourselves and our understanding of things, Especially when it involves a person you love. Love doesn't have to fade, There are ways to spruce things back up, This book has done that. My partner and I have learned so many invaluable lessons that we didn't know we needed, we were perfectly ignorant in our own little ignorance bubble. We just accepted that all relationships kinda fade, but they don't have to.
